Today I write from a place that does not exist. I got SLAX to run from a thumb drive - and only after two downloads!
So that you know, SLAX is one of the 'thumb-drive' Linux distributions. What makes this kind of a noteworthy occasion is that SLAX is based on Slackware - the very first distribution of Linux I ever used.
Damn...that was 1998. I guess time flies when you aren't cursed with 'doze...
Anyway - one of the first places I hit on the web was DIGG. Somehow, I have to figure out how to use this picture. Someone with this much time on their hands deserves blatant piracy :-)
